About the position

This is a full-time temporary position lasting for 12 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Erteco.

Erteco is one of the largest distributors of plastic and rubber materials in the Nordic market. Their material range extends from bulk products to more advanced composite materials and comes from leading manufacturers. Erteco's ambition is to be an active and innovative partner in customers' development projects, offering support and service regarding material selection and simulations. They are represented with offices in all Nordic countries and have a total of 43 employees, of which 18 are employed at the Stockholm office. Erteco is an established and stable company that is expanding.

Job responsibilities

As a purchasing assistant, you will work daily with receiving emails and calls from suppliers and colleagues whom you support with purchasing and inventory questions. You will place and manage orders, coordinate calls for orders, and ensure that order confirmations match the purchases made. You will follow up and monitor ongoing deliveries to ensure that all goods arrive on time. You will work closely with the customer service department and have regular dialogues with salespeople and suppliers. Additionally, you will handle complaints, supplier invoices, and common questions that arise in connection with purchases. The role is administrative, and you will support the other purchasers to create a smooth flow from order to delivery of Erteco's products. Job responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and coordinating order flows• Following up and monitoring ongoing deliveries to ensure that all goods arrive on time• Receiving and handling emails and calls from suppliers and colleagues, as well as providing support on purchasing and inventory questions• Working closely with the customer service department and maintaining ongoing dialogue with salespeople and suppliers• Handling complaints, supplier invoices, and common questions related to purchases and deliveries

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Completed upper secondary education, beneficial if you have post-secondary education in purchasing and logistics• At least one year of experience in similar administrative tasks• Good knowledge of the Office suite and good computer skills• You express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English• Experience in purchasing is an advantage
