JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Duved School has a mountain profile and is located adjacent to lovely cross-country ski trails, a newly renovated sports hall, and beautiful ski slopes. Our fantastic location with the mountains around the corner offers great opportunities to use the local area in teaching.

Our school currently has about 560 students from preschool to ninth grade. We are building a school for the future and are looking for dedicated staff who want to be part of that journey. You will be part of a team, and you have great freedom to influence your work based on the group's needs and interests.

We are looking for confident teachers who want to work collegially and develop the school together with students and colleagues from preschool to third grade. In your role as a teacher, you will work with the team to ensure quality in the educational work and participate in development work together with other teachers. The work includes overall responsibility for students' social and academic development. You will be responsible for systematically documenting, analyzing, evaluating, and following up on students' learning.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a teaching license.

As a person, you work according to a clear process, organize and plan your work well, complete what you start, and meet deadlines. You handle stress constructively, maintain a good mood under pressure and adversity. You find it easy to understand others' situations, listen, understand, and show consideration. You can adapt and find win-win solutions through an unpretentious focus on the common goal.
