We are now looking for you who want to work in preschool. The job in preschool is fantastic! You get a glimpse straight into the future and a chance to take responsibility for, and guide, our very youngest citizens. An adventure that provides experiences and skills that last a lifetime - no matter where you are headed. We are now looking for you who want to work with children aged 1-5 years.

Pamoja is the largest provider of substitutes for schools in Sweden. We have agreements with many schools and have lots of different exciting assignments.

How the job works

You often work on short notice (the same morning). You can work a lot or a little, often or rarely. The specific tasks you will work with will be agreed upon when you are hired. You will then always be personally matched to your assignments (based on your preferences and your skills).

You can easily manage the job in our smart app. Additionally, you always have a personal contact with our support who assists you when you need it - before, during, and after the job. You work securely under a collective agreement. Of course, you will receive proper training for the job before you start.

What do you need to know?

• You need to have completed your high school diploma.
• You also need to be prepared to take responsibility and initiative and want to collaborate with others.
• You have great freedom to change your calendar - but you need to be prepared to work as you promise.
• You need to be able to work at least 2 days a week (Are you a student? Then you need to be able to work at least 1 day/week).
• You should want to be a good role model for everyone you meet in the job!
