Do you have an interest in nature and outdoor life?

In the operations of Frilufts Förskolor, we use outdoor pedagogy as a method in all learning. This means that we have our gatherings, our dining area, play, creative activities, etc., outside in the yard and in nature. We work according to our own concept, "With Veda and Barke in Nature", where the children belong to the groups Discoverers, Explorers, and Adventurers. Everything we do is based on the guiding principles Safe, Fun, and Educational.

Are you interested in working as a substitute with us?

You have the opportunity to choose which days you want to work. Many of our substitutes work every day. We prefer that you can work at least 2 shifts a week.

How does it work?

Is it a must to work at all preschools or can I choose an area?

You have the option to choose shifts in the areas that work for you.

How far in advance will I receive information about work shifts?

You will receive requests for the same day and several days or weeks in advance.

Will I receive any kind of overview of your operations and how it works before my first shift?

Everyone who comes for an interview at the office shows a criminal record extract and any other relevant certificates.

We will also explain how the operations look.

I currently have the opportunity to work almost all the time, but if a doctor's appointment or similar comes up, can I decline a shift?

You choose which days you want to work.

If this is interesting to you, it is important that you have a valid extract from the criminal record. You can find it on the police's website.

Your qualifications

We are looking for someone who is engaged, positive, and can quickly adapt to your tasks. You should be able to provide and create safety, knowledge, and joy in the preschools and be able to take your own initiative. We would like you to have an interest in nature and outdoor life.

Frilufts Förskolor is a well-established company that has been active in preschool since 1993. We operate 11 preschools in five municipalities in Stockholm. The company is characterized by commitment, stability, safety, job satisfaction, and close to management. We want you to share our passion for outdoor pedagogy. Together with other staff, you will be involved in the educational activities.

We have preschools in Hässelby, Sollentuna, Danderyd, Upplands Väsby and in Täby. We would like you to be able to work at all of them. If you live in any adjacent municipality, such as Österåker or Sigtuna, you are also welcome to apply.

Education

We prefer that you have a high school education in the nursing program, child and youth studies, or equivalent education, but it is not a requirement.
