In the newly built and expanding Hagastaden, the Haga preschool is located in bright, well-planned new premises, with its own playground and close to public transport and the green Hagaparken.

We are now looking for a new colleague as a childcare worker to our dedicated pedagogical team, and maybe it’s you we are looking for?

We are looking for driven, engaged, and experienced childcare workers who have good collaboration skills and see development as an important part of your pedagogical work. You are well-versed in the preschool's governing documents and practice accordingly. Of course, you are a professional, aware, and reflective educator with a positive attitude who has the child's best interests in focus. You see the whole picture and realize that cooperation and collaboration with colleagues, school management, and guardians are required.

It is the children's needs and interests that help guide the content of education and teaching. Our children are therefore given plenty of time and opportunities to learn, explore, and investigate their environment in interaction with others, but also in collaboration with the environment and materials. We see that children are competent, knowledgeable, curious, and enterprising. Their theories and hypotheses are requested, tested, and lead the learning processes forward. An exploratory approach strengthens children's self-esteem and gives them playful space to develop and grow at their own pace. This requires us to actively listen, observe, and reflect on our education and teaching based on each child's abilities.

We at Hoppetossa preschools see that the curriculum assignment concerns us all and strive for participation and short decision-making paths in our organization where decisions should be made as close as possible to what unites us all, the care and responsibility for all preschool children. This means that you will be offered close collaboration between both colleagues, school management, and the principal. The position is a fixed-term employment at 85% starting as soon as possible until 260703, but with the possibility of extension.
