Your new job

In this role, your main tasks will be to promote and support the active participation of young people in the planning and implementation of projects and activities. You will also work outreach with the target group aged 10-18 years to create meaningful activities and build relationships. We systematically work with leisure as a social protective factor and collaborate closely with social services, youth centers, police, schools, and guardians, among others.

It is important to create an atmosphere of openness and respect where young people feel free to express themselves and take initiative. At the same time, you will be responsible for working with structured documentation and clear communication.

An important part of your role is to conduct evaluations and reflections together with the youth and colleagues. This aims to continuously improve the operations and its effectiveness, contributing to a more meaningful and rewarding experience for everyone involved.

Your profile

Experience working with young people and a strong belief in their ability to take responsibility and drive positive changes are central qualities for this role. You have the ability to establish strong relationships, build trust, and promote participation.

Your basic understanding of project methodology and how organized leisure can function as a protective factor are valuable aspects. You communicate empathetically and inclusively, and you have the ability to motivate and inspire young people to take responsibility for their choices and lives.

Your ability to act as a good role model and demonstrate strong ethical awareness is of great importance. Additionally, you have a clear ability to separate work and private life and show a humble and unpretentious attitude.

It is an advantage if you have a B driver's license, and we want you to have an education that the employer assesses as relevant. Experience working with the KEKS network is meritorious. Being creative and innovative are also appreciated qualities in this role.
