Personal Assistant Wanted in Solna

Hello!

Are you a female or male Personal Assistant with experience who is cheerful, social, proactive, and loves sports and athletics as much as I do? Then you might be the right person for me!

Do you feel that you can take your own initiatives, read the atmosphere regarding what needs to be done and how to behave in different situations, and thrive with a busy schedule?

Since I am very active and train a lot, it is good if you also work out in your spare time, so you can assist me during my training sessions when I need help with what I practice. I compete in Framerunning, so you need to have good stamina to keep up with me when I run, and in addition, I also train strength training, dance, and compete in Boccia.

I am a social and positive 40-year-old woman living in Solna just outside Stockholm with my cat (so you must be okay with pets). My work involves accompanying me to various activities/meetings, helping with cooking and cleaning, as well as assisting me with communication in daily life. I enjoy training and painting. It would be great if you share those interests with me. The work starts and ends where I am.

I am now looking for a flexible assistant who can start immediately and work about 2 shifts/week and can cover for regular staff absences. If we get along well, there is a possibility for a part-time position of about 50%. It is important that you can be flexible as different working hours occur (daytime approx. 8-19, night approx. 19-08 with 6 hours on-call, and 24-hour shifts with 6 hours on-call).

Communication and being able to interpret me is a big part of the job, so it is important that you speak and write Swedish fluently.

I will contact those I want to meet for an interview via email.

Welcome with your application! Mark your application with "Solna 2601".

We provide personal assistance for those entitled to assistance in Stockholm County. To ensure competence and quality, high demands are placed on actors in the industry. We are an approved provider of personal assistance.

A prerequisite for good assistance is good assistants. Therefore, we want to be an attractive employer with employees who are happy and want to stay with us. With a collective agreement through Fremia, we ensure fair employment conditions and reasonable wages. We continuously work on workplace issues and offer regular staff meetings and employee conversations. Salary negotiations take place annually. Just like our clients, all employees have a contact person in the company whom they can turn to with questions and concerns about the work, as well as on-call services available for urgent matters outside office hours.

We want to be the assistance company that is never afraid to try new ways of working. We do not claim to have knowledge of what is best for our clients but are always open to learning new things. We let our clients design which parts of the assistance we should handle and which parts the client will take care of themselves. We support and guide where needed and do not interfere where we are not needed. There are as many ways to have assistance as there are individuals entitled to assistance.

The laws regulating personal assistance are many, and all involved must adhere to them, but there are also many parts of the assistance that the individual entitled to assistance is free to shape according to their needs and wishes. We are happy to share our experience and knowledge but never claim to have the answers about what is right or wrong for the individual.
