About the position
At Olivia Personal Assistance, we are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute for our client in Åkersberga. In this role, there is an opportunity to work up to 60%, with shifts scheduled on both weekdays and weekends.
The working hours are as follows:
From 15:10 to 20:00
From 20:00 to 07:50 (5.5 hours waiting time)
Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start training immediately.
About the client
The client is a teenage girl who lives with her family and three dogs in Åkersberga. Her interests include caps, teddy snakes, and watching TV, and she needs to be engaged with play and walks. She needs your help as an assistant in her daily life as she has an intellectual disability.
The tasks are as follows:
Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and meals
Assisting with transfers
Communication and supervision

We are looking for someone who is attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged, as personal suitability is of great importance. Furthermore, the client prefers female applicants.
REQUIREMENTS:
Not allergic to dogs as they are present in the home
Non-smoker
Merits:
Experience in care and support
Employment level: 2 substitutes
Start date: Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations according to collective agreements.
