About us

As clinic management, we look forward to an exciting and developing 2025 where we as a workgroup continue to work towards achieving the FTV Mölnlycke contract. Our core values such as collaboration, commitment, and joy will be important for us to achieve this.

Our vision is to be at the forefront of technology and knowledge in dentistry, such as impression scanners, fixture surgeries, digital care meetings, orthodontics, remote consultations, X-ray sensors, etc.

At the clinic, which has 10 treatment rooms, around 27 skilled employees currently work. We have 6 dentists, 5.5 hygienists, 3 receptionists, 9 dental assistants, and support staff in the form of dental care assistants, interns, etc. We work with team dentistry in a work model from 7 AM to 7 PM. We have a high patient flow, with a good influx of new patients. We also work with outreach and nursing homes.

Our clinic is centrally located in Mölnlycke, about 10 kilometers outside of Gothenburg in Härryda municipality, with good transport links and free parking.

Main tasks and responsibilities

You will utilize your entire competence while the position also requires creativity, empathy, and a sense of service.

The position includes, among other things:

• Working both independently and together with your colleagues in the treatment room.
• Working with both simpler examinations and more advanced treatments and emergency dental care.
• Being the team's specialist in oral diagnostics.

(We are a VFU clinic and accept students from the dental and dental hygiene programs at the University of Gothenburg. Supervision/assistance of students may also be part of the position.)

Competence requirements and profile

• Licensed dentist with experience in orthodontics
• Interest in both pediatric and adult dentistry
• Knowledge of the Swedish language equivalent to Swedish high school or Swedish C1 in both spoken and written form
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely
• Ability to give a stable and calm impression even when there is a lot to do
• Ability to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner

If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during the first year. The mentoring program is part of our three-year development program with up to 18 days of professional development.

About the recruitment process

If you are not already employed with us, you will be contacted by a recruiter from the HR unit for an interview. After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates and invite them for an interview at the clinic. Clinic interviews will be conducted during weeks 16-17.

If you, as an applicant, have education/degree from another EU/EEA country than Sweden and lack references, it may be necessary to complete supplementary theoretical and clinical work tests as part of the recruitment process.
