Do you want to work in Medicine Department 7?

We are now looking for a nurse for our department.

The work in the department is knowledge-intensive, developing, and exciting. Department 7 is an internal medicine ward primarily focused on gastroenterology, hepatology, diabetes, and hematology. There is a very broad competence among both nurses and nursing assistants as the general medicine ward handles many different diagnoses outside the specific focus. We work in teams, which means that all professions - nurses, nursing assistants, paramedics, and doctors - work together with the patient, so good collaboration is something that is important to us. Our focus is on continuously improving close care for our patients. Our driving forces are joy, presence, and engagement. We have just settled into new, wonderfully fine premises that promote both the work environment and patient safety, and we look forward to working together with a new colleague!

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. Experience in internal medicine care is an advantage. If you have supervisor training, emergency medicine, or other relevant university courses completed, that is also an advantage.

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability; other highly valued qualities include the ability to plan and coordinate, being independent, flexible, and driven, as well as having good collaboration and initiative skills. We advocate diversity in our recruitment process.

Clinical Foundation Year

For you who are a newly graduated nurse/radiology nurse, a Clinical Foundation Year is included during the first year of your permanent employment.

The Clinical Foundation Year includes lectures, process-oriented nursing guidance, and practical training in your profession at the Simulation Center.

It also includes shadowing in other operations, so you can gain a broader understanding of the hospital where you work.

This is an initiative made to give you the opportunity to further develop in your profession and build your professional identity.
