Description

The Specialist Clinic for Periodontology is a referral center for the treatment of diseases related to teeth and implants. The clinic conducts specialist training for dentists, and all staff participate in clinical supervision based on their expertise.

Clinical observations by dental hygienists and dentists from the Västra Götaland region are a natural part of the clinical everyday life. The clinic participates in several clinical research projects.

The clinic has about 30 employees and 13 treatment rooms at Odontologen.

Responsibilities

As a specialist dentist, your duties include clinical work, training specialist dentists, and teaching within the dental education program. Consultations and educational activities in general dentistry are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Specialist dentist in periodontology
• Good clinical experience
• Scientific work and teaching experience are advantageous

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, which for us means that you are strongly engaged in the subject, humble, and have an easy time collaborating with both internal and external customers and colleagues. You should be a good communicator, able to listen and convey knowledge in a pedagogical manner.
