This is Us

We are the municipal primary care – an engaged and interdisciplinary team providing safe and close care to patients who have difficulty reaching the health center. Our team consists of nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nursing assistants, and caregivers working together to provide qualified health and medical care services at home or in a special accommodation, around the clock.

Our work encompasses everything from medication management, wound care, and sampling to advanced care interventions, rehabilitation, and end-of-life care. We collaborate closely with primary care and work in a coordinated manner to offer safe and high-quality care.

As a nurse with us, you will have an important and independent role, where your skills make a real difference in people's daily lives.

This is Your Job

• Perform medical assessments and establish individual care plans
• Provide advice and support to patients regarding their health
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare personnel and other actors within the healthcare system
• Participate in health-promoting and preventive initiatives in the local community
• Collaborative healthcare in the form of assignments from IVPA, Ambulance, etc.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse, preferably with experience in municipal primary care
• You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• You should be computer literate
• Driver's license (B)

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your own tasks
• Experience working with patients of various ages and backgrounds
