In the role of nurse for Health and Care Support in Southwest (Askim, Frölunda & Högsbo), you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals in need of care and assistance.

You will work alongside a close-knit team where communication and collaboration are key. We offer you an independent role where you can plan your workday and have colleagues nearby to consult when needed. As a nurse, you will be responsible for setting goals, planning, leading, and following up on care in consultation with the patient and care staff. The assignments are carried out as home visits across a range of residences where you assess both mental and physical conditions.

Our patients' needs for healthcare vary from preventive care to advanced medical care, contributing to a diverse and stimulating work environment. We are committed to providing person-centered care and support, and you will be an important person in many individuals' daily lives. About You

We are looking for a licensed nurse with prior experience in the field. You are a stable and confident nurse with a passion for working in healthcare and support services. You are independent in your work but also value the importance of collaboration and effective communication with your colleagues and patients. You are structured and have the ability to organize your work efficiently, contributing to high-quality care. Experience in municipal healthcare and/or with patients with disabilities is an advantage. A B driver's license is required.
