Welcome to Pulmonary Medicine

Would you like to work in an engaged team where respiratory diseases are the focus? We are now looking for a licensed nurse for our pulmonary medicine clinic – perhaps you are the one we are looking for!

We need to expand our workforce – are you the one we are looking for?

Our operations are growing and developing – we see an increased need for specialized care in pulmonary medicine and therefore want to strengthen our team with another dedicated nurse.

Together we can meet the healthcare challenges of the future and continue to offer our patients safe, professional, and person-centered care.

With us, you will meet patients with asthma, allergies, COPD, lung cancer, pulmonary fibrosis, and other lung diseases. The lung clinic consists of three outpatient clinics and an inpatient ward:

• Allergy and Asthma Clinic – Evaluates and treats both children and adults
• Pulmonary Medicine Clinic – planned and subacute care, bronchoscopy/EBUS, oxygen and ventilator assignments.
• Lung Oncology Clinic – follows the patient through the entire disease process.
• Pulmonary Medicine Ward – varied care from acute to palliative interventions.

Job Responsibilities

As a nurse with us, you will have a varied job with both technology and patient contact. You will work with:

• Telephone advice and 1177
• Sampling (including A-resp)
• Spirometry/FeNo
• Assisting with pleural tapping and bronchoscopy/EBUS

The position involves weekend work every fourth weekend and flexibility between clinics.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse
• Detail-oriented, structured, and with a good attitude
• Independent but also a team player
• Flexible and positive towards development

Meritorious:

• Experience with Melior and Elvis
• Previous work in pulmonary care or outpatient clinics
• Asthma/COPD competence
