About the Organization

Trollhättan's City Health and Medical Care Organization needs new engaged summer substitutes in several different areas such as elderly care, care for the disabled, and social psychiatry with various focuses, i.e., staffing unit, housing support, home healthcare, and various types of accommodations. Short-term operations and respite care are also included.

The municipal primary care is becoming increasingly advanced, and as a summer substitute with us, we can offer you a developing and varied job. Our work environment is characterized by a team spirit where we collaborate, share knowledge, support each other, and have fun together.

Job Responsibilities

Working with us is about life itself. You meet people who need your help and step right into their lives. You will have a free and independent job where you plan your day and the care around the patients together with an experienced nurse. All work is also done in close collaboration with various professionals. Your main tasks will include sampling, wound dressing, administering medication, injections, and other specific nursing depending on your experience.

We would like you to be available to work on a schedule between weeks 26 - 33, or as many weeks as possible. A part-time employment starting in April is preferred to obtain delegations before the summer.

Working hours will be arranged by agreement.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has work experience in care and nursing. Since the job involves many contact points and documentation, it requires that you handle Swedish well, both in speech and writing. A B driver's license is a requirement.

To succeed in the role, we see that you are an empathetic person with a structured working method and good collaboration skills. Furthermore, you are responsible and have a flexible approach. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
