Description

We are looking for an engaged and professional nurse who wants to help develop our team within municipal primary care in Färgelanda Municipality!

Responsibilities

As a nurse in municipal primary care, you will:

• Work closely with our patients and contribute qualified care at home or in special housing.
• Be responsible for assessment, treatment, and follow-up of patients with various medical conditions.
• Collaborate with other professionals in care and support to ensure good and safe care.
• Have independent work with great responsibility, but also belong to a safe and competent team.

Qualifications

You are a licensed nurse.
You are independent, responsible, and thrive in a varied work environment.
You have an interest in person-centered care and a good attitude.
You have good collaboration skills and appreciate teamwork.

Experience in municipal primary care and home health care is an advantage.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.
