We are now looking for a committed and independent Payroll Specialist who wants to take overall responsibility for our payroll management and contribute to improvements for our employees and managers.

The Role in Brief

As a Payroll Specialist at SVPH, you will have the overall responsibility for ensuring accurate and efficient payroll management for approximately 400 employees. The role is broad and exciting with varied tasks where you drive the entire payroll process from start to finish. Your main tasks include:

• Responsibility for the entire payroll process, including payroll runs, travel expenses, and reimbursements.
• Support, advice, and training for managers and employees in payroll and pension matters.
• Government reporting and contact with agencies such as the Social Insurance Agency, the Tax Agency, and Statistics Sweden.
• Development and improvement of payroll routines and processes as well as related systems.
• System administrator for payroll, time, and scheduling systems.
• Management of personnel documents, employment contracts, and pension matters.
• Administering schedules for part of the organization.

You will also be responsible for keeping yourself updated on changes in laws and collective agreements and contributing during salary revisions, vacation year transitions, and employer declarations.

Your Profile

We are looking for a confident and experienced payroll specialist with at least five years of experience in payroll management. You have:

• Very good knowledge of the payroll system Agda PS as well as scheduling, time, and staffing system Medvind (or equivalent systems and easily learn new systems).
• Experience working with collective agreements, pensions, and benefits.
• Solid experience working in Excel.
• Experience as a system administrator in Agda PS and Medvind is an advantage.
• A strong interest in digitalization.

You are meticulous, responsible, and have a natural ability to create structure in your work. Working independently and driving processes forward is something you enjoy. Your communication skills and engagement contribute to a positive work environment where collaboration and trust are central.
