Every year, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency makes 24 million decisions that affect people's lives and society as a whole. We disburse approximately 250 billion SEK each year. Calculation, teamwork, and structure
As a claims officer, you are a state employee with an important mission: to investigate so that the right person receives the right compensation at the right time. You are responsible for calculating the compensation level for individuals who may be granted sickness or activity compensation. You also manage the ongoing financial administration for individuals who have been granted sickness or activity compensation. Contact with the insured occurs both by phone and in writing. Here, it is important that you show commitment, inform, and provide feedback. You will communicate and collaborate with relevant colleagues within the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, as well as external partners such as municipalities, the Swedish Tax Agency, and the Enforcement Authority. As a claims officer, you handle confidential information, which requires a higher standard of proper handling. Therefore, it is essential that you have a high level of security awareness to work with us.

We are looking for someone who
- has a high school diploma or equivalent experiences and qualifications
- is service-oriented
- has a systematic and meticulous work approach
- is confident and trustworthy, even in stressful situations
- has good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
- has good computer skills as a working tool.
It is an advantage if you have
- worked with case management and made decisions that affect individuals
- experience with financial calculations
- experience in customer meetings and phone communication in a fast-paced work environment
- worked in a goal-oriented organization.

A number of positions, permanent, full-time, with start date by agreement. A probationary period may be applicable.
