We are looking for an experienced Business Controller who wants to take the next step in their career and work as a strategic business partner to management and operations in a complex and dynamic organization.

In this role, you will have a central position in ensuring financial governance, business improvements, and value-creating decision support through analysis, insights, and close collaboration with the business.

As a Senior Business Controller, you will work both strategically and operationally. You will be responsible for a functional or geographical area and actively contribute to decision-making at the management level.

In this role, you will, among other things:

• Be a qualified support and sounding board for management and business areas to ensure strong financial performance

• Drive and support the business in matters related to risk management, profitability, and investments

• Develop and implement governance principles and guidelines for forecasts, key performance indicators, cost calculations, and working capital

• Follow up on financial and operational performance and identify, propose, and drive improvement measures

• Conduct ad hoc analyses as a basis for strategic and tactical decisions

• Participate in financial follow-up meetings with various stakeholders

• Compile and present decision materials, reports, and recommendations to management and the board, including early warning signals

• At least 8 years of experience in qualified work within business controlling and analysis

• Good understanding of financial governance in larger organizations, preferably in international environments

• Ability to independently lead projects and processes as well as coach others

• Very strong analytical skills and experience in handling complex issues

• Experience working closely with management and contributing to business-critical decisions based on data and analysis
