Talent Acquisition Assistant

As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, you will be an important part of our growth as your main task will be to assist in the recruitment of our new colleagues. You will collaborate with hiring managers throughout the organization and report directly to the Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role includes supporting recruitment through search, contacting suitable candidates, conducting phone screenings, and participating in recruitment activities. The position is a part-time job of about 1-2 days/week.
Examples of tasks:
- Conduct search activities to attract suitable applicants and follow up with interested candidates.
- Support the recruitment process with phone interviews.
- Represent CANEA at job fairs.
- Promote CANEA as an employer, including through social media.
- Support in certain HR tasks.

Requirements for the position:
- Experience from a customer-oriented role.
- Ongoing post-secondary education in behavioral/human resources or similar, with at least one year left in your studies.
- Fluent written and spoken Swedish and comfortable communicating in English.
Meritorious:
- Experience in a role involving recruitment work, such as a Recruitment Assistant.
- Recruitment expertise in IT and/or management consulting.
- Experience with Jobylon and sourcing in LinkedIn Recruiter.
