Recent Law Graduate for New Law Firm Establishment within Nordic Investin Group – Gothenburg

Do you want to be part of building something from the ground up? We are now looking for a recent law graduate for a new law firm establishment within Nordic Investin Group, located in Gothenburg.

This is a long-term and strategic investment where a new law firm is established to meet both the group's internal needs and a growing external client base. You will have a unique opportunity to become an integral part of the setup early on – from structure and working methods to client relationships and business development.

About the Investment and Role

The new law firm will initially work with legal services related to the group's operations, but the goal is to gradually build up a standalone client portfolio with new external clients. The focus is on business-oriented law and practical advice with high availability.

As a recent law graduate, you will be an important part of this establishment and will, among other things:

• Participate in the setup of the new law firm and its work processes

• Provide legal advice to both internal companies and new external clients

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts

• Work with corporate law issues, commercial contracts, and ongoing legal support

• Be involved in contacting new clients and contribute to developing long-term client relationships

• Support the business in legal matters related to business and investments

The role is broad and will evolve as the firm grows. You will gain insight into both the legal work and the business side of running and establishing a legal practice.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a law degree or will graduate soon

• Is interested in working closely with business and clients

• Is self-driven, responsible, and thrives in a developing environment

• Has good analytical skills and a practical approach to law

• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Previous internships, part-time jobs, or interest in business law, corporate law, or entrepreneurship are advantageous but not required.
