HR Administration Analyst/HR Administrator

About the Position

Your main responsibilities will be to provide HR support and administrative work across several HR areas:

• HR-related employment issues (recruitment and termination processes, labor law issues, contract extensions and terminations, trainee programs, expatriate employees, control/process regarding retirement, etc.)
• Maintenance of personnel records (employment history, pension and insurance documentation, vacation accrual, and information on illness, absence, transfers, and salary development, etc.).

Who Are You?

For the role of HR Administrator, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys working in a service-oriented profession. You have a consultative approach and put the customer at the center. You have the willingness and ability to take significant personal responsibility, and you are efficient and solution-focused with good collaboration skills. Furthermore, you are proficient in English, both spoken and written. Additionally, you have:

• Post-secondary education in HR/Human Resources or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience working with administrative tasks within HR.
