To succeed in the role, we see that you are analytical and development-oriented with the ability to see the whole and drive improvement work forward. You are communicative with very good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. You are collaborative and create good dialogue and cooperation with different actors. Furthermore, you are goal- and results-oriented and work structured with a focus on delivery and implementation.
