Customer Service Representative at DataNova Sweden AB

DataNova continues to grow and is now looking for a service-oriented and structured Customer Service Representative who wants to be a key player in our daily customer operations. You will be part of a smaller, agile team where quality, responsibility, and customer satisfaction are in focus.
About the role
As a customer service representative with us, you are the company's first point of contact – both via phone and digital channels. You ensure that every customer receives prompt and professional assistance and that cases always reach the right person in the organization.
You will work closely with the support team, our service technicians, and other departments, contributing to creating a smooth and efficient customer journey.
Your main responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and forward them to the right person.
- Ensure feedback to customers in all cases.
- Manage Freshdesk: register, prioritize, and support service technicians.
- Respond to incoming inquiries in our shared information mailbox and guide customers.
- Receive and manage web orders and order flows.
- Handle returns and discrepancies.
- Contact shipping companies, track shipments, and assist customers when packages do not arrive.
- Support other teams with administrative tasks as needed.
- Desirable: Danish language skills (spoken and/or written).

We are looking for someone who is confident in customer dialogue, enjoys order and structure, and thrives in a role with many contact points. You take responsibility, follow up on cases, and ensure that the customer always feels seen and helped.
We believe you have:
- Experience in customer service, support, or administrative work.
- Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work systematically and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Technical interest or experience with support systems (e.g., Freshdesk).
- Good computer skills and ease in learning new systems.
- Desirable: you speak Danish and/or have experience in logistics, e-commerce, or the service industry.
