We are currently looking for mobile receptionists for our staffing pool in Gothenburg. The position of receptionist is a fun job that provides you with valuable experience, knowledge, and new contacts.

You will be employed by Prowork and become our valuable consultant for our clients in Gothenburg and surrounding areas. This is a part-time position with working hours scheduled between 07:30-17:30, Mon-Fri.

Your responsibilities include: 
Welcoming visitors

Managing access cards

Ordering couriers

Handling mail and deliveries

Administrative tasks

Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who has another primary occupation such as studies or part-time work. Furthermore, we expect you to have completed high school and have experience in service, preferably in reception. You must speak and write fluently in English, as many of our clients are international. You should also have a good morning attitude and be flexible as tasks vary between our clients. As a person, you are proactive and have an exceptional service mindset. We also appreciate if you are easy-going and cooperative, as you will always be a face for us and our clients. For us, it is essential that this becomes a long-term collaboration!

The position is part-time, and we apply a probationary period.
