Salt Labs AB and its subsidiaries specialize in e-commerce with Swedish goods for export. With customers around the globe, our companies constantly work to stay at the forefront and put the customer first. In Lidköping, we have about 15 employees and we are part of a larger e-commerce group in Sweden with headquarters in Uppsala.

Accounting Assistant

We are now looking for additional support in our finance department, and as an accounting assistant, you will be an important part of our daily operations. The pace can sometimes be high, and it is important that you can maintain a steady tempo. Your workplace will be at our office in Lidköping, where you will be guided by your immediate manager and colleagues.

We welcome both female and male applicants. We believe that you have studied economics at least at the high school level and are eager to enter the workforce. If you have a few years of experience, that is of course an advantage.

As a person, you are meticulous, structured, resilient under stress, and have respect for deadlines. You must have a certain flexibility for work peaks and seasonal variations, and you have a strong drive and a natural ability to take responsibility.

Responsibilities

· Bookkeeping of all ongoing tasks in the accounts receivable and accounts payable flow

· Manage incoming and outgoing payments according to applicable approval rules

· Perform reconciliations and participate in the year-end closing work

· Assist with VAT declarations and other regulatory reporting as needed

Knowledge Profile

· Besides Swedish, be proficient in English, both spoken and written

· Basic understanding of accounting and the financial flow of a company

· Experience working in Visma Business is an advantage, but not a requirement

· Basic knowledge of Word and Excel

· Good collaboration skills both within the team and externally
