We are now looking for two new Customer Service Agents who want to join us on our exciting journey and create fantastic customer experiences! As a Customer Service Agent at Jula's customer service in Skara, you will meet Swedish and Norwegian customers daily via phone, email, and chat. You will be part of a large and dedicated team where collaboration, pace, and a strong corporate culture shape our everyday life. In this role, you will handle questions about technical product support, e-commerce, product range, and membership – all in line with our customer service policy and set goals.

What’s in your CV? 

You are at least 18 years old, comfortable with computers, and have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience in customer service or other service professions is a bonus – and if you are familiar with Jula's product range, that's extra points!

Good to know 

The positions are permanent with a basic schedule of 80% and a 6-month probationary period. Start date is according to agreement, and the location is Jula's headquarters in Skara.
