Job Description

As an HR consultant in their HR support team, you will assist the organization with HR-related inquiries. This may include questions regarding:
- Salary
- Vacation
- Employment
- Labor Law

The start date for this position is no later than February 16, 2026, and the assignment will continue until June 30, 2026. Interviews will be conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. We warmly welcome your application!
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees, managers, and HR Business Partners regarding HR issues.
- Provide professional support regarding HR policies, personnel information, and HR systems.
- Handle and administer incoming inquiries via phone and email with high accuracy.
- Actively contribute to the development of digital self-service functions and content on the intranet.
- Ensure high quality and a positive service experience in every contact.
Qualifications
- Relevant education in HR, human resources, or similar fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative HR work or HR as a service function.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Structured and meticulous with strong administrative skills.
- IT skills, including experience working with HR systems and Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
- Experience working in larger organizations.
- Familiarity with HR policies, processes, and case management systems.
