Business Development, Analysis, and Internal Collaboration
As a business developer, you are responsible for driving and supporting customer-oriented business development that contributes to the realization of the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's vision and business idea. You also have a responsibility to identify development needs and translate these into concrete activities.

The role includes monitoring and being well-informed about current societal developments relevant to the Swedish Social Insurance Agency and analyzing possible consequences for the organization based on this. The work also involves participating in various networks and, among other things, taking part in preparations, business planning, and annual reports. The position entails handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a high level of security awareness.

We are looking for someone who

• has a university degree or equivalent experiences and qualifications
• has several years of experience in the relevant field or business development
• has very good knowledge of change and development processes
• has good knowledge of project management and various forms of collaboration
• acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
• has the ability to create a useful network
• can understand and analyze complex issues
• brings innovative ideas and solutions that promote development
• collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
• has good communication skills, both orally and in writing.

• have experience working in a large public organization
• have experience leading and supporting change processes

Other
Two positions, permanent, full-time, with start date by agreement. A probationary period may be applicable. In accordance with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment. There is an opportunity for remote work if the job allows.
