We are now looking for a full-time administrator for our client in Viared. In the role of administrator, you will act as the daily link between the company's customers and the operational business. You will be employed by StudentConsulting as a consultant and hired out to the client.

In the role of administrator, you will work with the following tasks:

• Order reception
• Reporting (internally and externally)
• Booking of transports
• Document management for incoming goods
• Communication both externally with customers and internally with other departments.
• Email management
• Customs handling

You will be part of a smaller workgroup that works closely together and values teamwork. The position is expected to start in March and is a need-based employment. Working hours are scheduled during office hours 08:00 – 16:30, located at our client's office in Viared.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a positive attitude and willingness to constantly learn new things. You have a good ability to structure and plan your work as well as prioritize your tasks. In this role, you will have contact with customers and other external actors, which requires a high level of service. You are an experienced user of Office products, especially Excel. English is used in the work, so it is important that you feel comfortable in both spoken and written form. Experience in warehousing and logistics is an advantage but not a requirement. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
