About the role. So what is property management really about? Well, broadly speaking, it boils down to two things: people and buildings. In that order. Therefore, we are looking for a colleague who is genuinely interested in the real estate industry and who enjoys building relationships and taking care of and developing our properties. For us, it is about feeling a responsibility for how things go for Balder, our tenants, and our projects. You act not out of self-interest, but for the benefit of the business.

Generally, the workday involves actively collaborating with everyone in the business area. Tasks include, among other things, leasing, participating in inspections, handling invoices, accounts receivable, collections, and other administration. We are therefore looking for a structured person as we value order and tidiness.

You also need to have an interest in the people you meet, as a large part of the job involves communication and relationship building with tenants, contractors, and the team. If you also have knowledge of how a building is constructed and functions, you will tick almost all the boxes!
