About the assignment

We are looking for several recruiters for our client in Gothenburg for assignments starting immediately and lasting until the end of June 2026. The assignment is full-time, and you will work during office hours 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM at the client's office in central Gothenburg. There is no possibility for remote work.

Your tasks

• Independent work with individual or all steps in the recruitment process, including creating job specifications, advertising, selection, interviews, and reference checks

• Independent work in performing individual steps in the search process

• Establishing employment decisions

• Consultative support to hiring managers

• Proactive recruitment or search

• Background checks and security assessments according to the Security Protection Act

Your qualifications

• University degree of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits) with a focus on human resources or a degree assessed as equivalent

• At least three (3) years of documented work experience in the HR field with a focus on recruitment

• Experience recruiting in various competency areas (e.g., IT, economics/administration, law, customer service, etc.) or at hierarchically different organizational levels (e.g., manager, middle manager, specialists)

• Documented experience in competency-based interview methodology

• Documented experience in managing candidates in a digital recruitment support system
