Chinuch is an independent preschool with a Jewish profile, located in central Malmö.

At Chinuch, all children should feel safe and be a natural part of the community. Our goal is to see each individual child every day for the unique person they are and to help and support them in developing trust in themselves and their own abilities. We work daily to support the children's group in its social development. Together, we constantly reflect on how we meet each other, both children and adults, all to create a respectful and warm atmosphere for children, parents, and educators.

By showing respect for each other as well as for each other's differences and by being caring individuals, we aim to create an inclusive and developing preschool environment.

Our primary goal is to lay the foundation for secure, knowledge-seeking, independent, and democratic citizens who show respect for their surroundings.

At the preschool, we work project-based, which we see as an educational and developing approach for both children and educators, focusing on the learning process rather than the outcome. This approach gives educators the opportunity to be co-researchers in teaching together with the children. Throughout the work, we focus on awakening children's curiosity and creativity as well as their own ability to learn.

Through our Jewish profile, we offer children the opportunity to see, experience, taste, feel, listen, and participate in Jewish traditions according to their age and maturity.

We are looking for a qualified childcare worker with many years of experience who is development-oriented and who feels joy and enthusiasm for the task and is secure in their professional role. You are positive, solution-focused, and have the ability to create good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are used to taking responsibility, have a genuine interest in your work, and are well acquainted with the preschool's governing documents. You have experience documenting work according to SKA. You are open to different perspectives and are expected to want to learn from others and share your theoretical and practical knowledge and skills.

You will be part of a team with preschool teachers and childcare workers.

Within the preschool, you must, according to law (2000:873), present an extract from the criminal record. You can obtain the order form at https://polisen.se/ (https://polisen.se/). Order in good time as it usually takes at least 14 days to receive the extract by mail.

The workplace has a collective agreement with the municipal and offers wellness grants. We apply a six-month probationary period.
