Anton HVB AB currently operates two HVB facilities in Kristianstad and support housing in Malmö and Kristianstad. We are now looking for summer substitutes for our HVB.

In the Anton operations, we are passionate about working based on a clear value foundation and we believe in creating safe environments, with reliable adults, for our youth. The goal is for the youth, in a secure setting, to practice and shape themselves, as well as prepare for the next step in their journey into their continued life. The youth will be offered individually tailored support based on their needs. We believe that our HVB should be built on clear structure and routines where the youth receive the support and guidance they need to function in their daily lives. Your role

In the role of treatment staff, you will start from the residents' individual needs and wishes and provide support in daily life based on a pedagogical approach. Together with other staff, you will work towards making the day meaningful and enriching. You will support and guide with, among other things, meals, training, cleaning, finances, leisure interests, school contact/homework, and communication. An important part of the work is to stimulate and motivate the young person to continue their schooling or other activities. Your tasks include documenting and planning based on care plans.

We are looking for someone who has a low-affect approach and the ability to handle stress. The tasks require high flexibility and good collaboration skills.

Your qualifications

You have education/experience in treatment care. It is an advantage if you have experience working with the target group. It is also an advantage if you have education and/or experience in MI, RePulse, or Connect. You have good computer skills and experience in documentation. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. We strive for a balanced gender distribution and see diversity as a strength. Great importance is placed on your personal qualities. A B driver's license and a cleared background check from the police's suspicion and criminal record register are required.

The position

We are looking for substitutes who can work both awake night shifts and daytime/evening shifts.
