At KSJ AB, we work with personal assistance – as it is meant to be!

Here you will meet Karin, Magnus, Sylvia, and Bibban, who have extensive experience, great commitment, and a heart for people. We know that good assistance is built on safety, respect, and close collaboration. With long and solid experience in personal assistance, both from large and medium-sized companies, we know what it takes to create safety, continuity, and quality of life for our clients - but also for our important assistants.

As an employer, we care about your well-being. Therefore, we offer good conditions, are affiliated with collective agreements, and provide a generous wellness allowance.

With us, you are important – both for the client and for us!

Feel free to visit us at Elbegatan 5 in Malmö - just check in advance that we are available.

To ensure safe and secure assistance, we conduct a background check if you are considered for the position. If the work involves assistance to children, you must also present an extract from the criminal record, in accordance with applicable legislation.

We are looking for someone who wants to become an important part of the life of a wonderful girl in Malmö – a girl who enjoys routines and loves swimming in pools, reading books, singing, and activities that involve travel - from stroller walks to bus trips.

As a personal assistant, you help her create a meaningful everyday life and weekend, simply put, quality of life. You do this by assisting her with daily tasks, supporting her interests, and by taking the initiative for activities yourself. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is proactive, creative, and solution-oriented.

You do not need to be young or sporty, but you should be physically strong and comfortable interacting on the floor. The work includes personal and practical support, assistance with personal hygiene, transfers, walks, and some physical assistance. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and the willingness to learn to read the girl’s cues.

Working hours:

  • 1–2 evenings a week, around 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM
  • Every other weekend, around 9 AM – 5 PM (or by agreement)
  • School holidays and public holidays 9 AM – 5 PM (by agreement)

We are looking for someone who is: attentive, secure, proactive, and smoke-free. Comfortable in spoken and written Swedish or English. Experience with epilepsy is an advantage. A driver's license is not required as a cargo bike is available. Gender: does not matter. Age: does not matter.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis - welcome with your application!
