Personal Assistants Needed for New Assistance Group in Lund

Kurera Omsorg is now looking for 4–5 dedicated personal assistants for a newly established assistance group in Lund. The assignment involves a 57-year-old man with Parkinson's disease and dementia. Here, you will have the opportunity to be involved from the start and work with colleagues to shape the assistance according to the client's needs, wishes, and lifestyle.

The client has a great interest in music and nature and lives with his family in Lund.

Working Hours

The position includes work during the day, evening, and weekends.

Job Responsibilities

The work involves providing support in the client's daily life, for example:

• Support with personal hygiene and during meal situations
• Assistance with medication
• Physically demanding tasks and heavy lifting are involved
• Support and motivation during activities and daily chores

We are looking for someone who

• Is calm, secure, attentive, and proactive
• Has good communication skills and speaks and understands Swedish fluently
• Is independent but enjoys working in a team
• Has a sense of humor, is empathetic, and sensitive
• Is pedagogical and has good intuition in interactions with others
