Do you want to help shape the future of social services?
The social services sector is undergoing an exciting and significant transformation with the new Social Services Act. We are developing a more preventive, accessible, and knowledge-based operation – where we meet residents early, close by, and with the right interventions at the right time.
This is a journey of change that requires curiosity, engagement, and courage, while simultaneously offering opportunities to develop both working methods and the profession. We are now seeking a Family Therapist for a permanent position who wants to contribute to this development.
About us – a workplace to grow in
With us, you will meet a work group characterized by trust, participation, and a strong sense of "we." We believe in collaboration and creating value together – for each other and for those we serve.
We value well-being, job satisfaction, and an open climate. Here, there is genuine engagement and a willingness to continuously develop our working methods based on needs, knowledge, and experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Your assignment with a focus on quality and flexibility
As a Family Therapist, you will become part of our outpatient care, where 18 engaged colleagues work in interdisciplinary teams. Together with student health services, we form a joint Advice & Support Unit, which creates good conditions for coordinated and effective interventions.
Your main assignment is to work with assessed support measures for children and young people (0-20 years) and their families.
The work involves psychosocial change work in close collaboration with the family's network and other actors such as schools, student health services, child and adolescent psychiatry (BUP), child and family reception (HAB), and the Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments (LSS). You will meet families in various life situations, for example, in cases of relationship difficulties, neglect, or when children and young people exhibit behavioral problems such as high school absenteeism. In the work, it is central to strengthen protective factors and mobilize the family's own resources.
We value flexibility and collaboration, and if needed or under changed conditions, you will need to work with preventive, non-assessed support measures (IUB).
Knowledge-based work and development
We are on an exciting development journey to strengthen our knowledge-based work. We actively work to systematically follow up and evaluate our interventions to ensure quality, learning, and the best possible results for children and families.
Our goal is to combine evidence and proven experience with the professional competence of our employees, and to constantly develop methods and working practices. We value a relational and systems-theoretical approach where the child's and family's participation is central, and where learning and improvement are a natural part of everyday life.
QUALIFICATIONS
Who are you?

As a person, you are confident, flexible, and have good collaboration skills. You work in a structured and independent manner and find it easy to build trusting relationships. You also have a good ability to document and work based on set goals and follow-up.
Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
