We need a substitute to cover staffing for the summer and are looking for someone who is:

Humble, happy, positive, proactive, flexible, a bit funny, and enjoys working in a double-staffed team.

We offer:

A lovely, cozy, pleasant, and rural workplace with great colleagues who work together to make everyday life function for our wonderful assistance-eligible daughter.

Our working hours vary, and we are looking for someone who can work 24-hour shifts or longer shifts. If you can occasionally step in to work an awake night shift, that is also welcome.

A bit more about the workplace:

Our daughter is in her 30s and lives in her own apartment at our home on our farm in Östra Göinge municipality. You need to have a car and a driver's license to work with us as we live in a rural area, and you cannot have an allergy to furry animals as animals are part of our daily life.

Our daughter has a significant disability and needs help with everything in her daily life. Your personality weighs heavier than experience, and you will be offered the on-the-job training you need to feel secure in the work.

It is important to us that you are a considerate and attentive assistant, preferably female, who can interpret, communicate, and speak on behalf of our daughter. You need to be able to plan and structure the day so that it becomes as good as possible for our daughter. This can range from making training and transfers more fun, to taking a walk with the wheelchair in the forest, to horse riding and going to day activities.

Personal assistant is a service profession that places high demands on personal qualities. You must dare to take responsibility and respect personal integrity. You should be confident in yourself. Be flexible, sincere, have great patience, and be able to take your own initiatives. Humor and good physical fitness are other good qualities. As a personal assistant, we expect you to be interested in and have an understanding of what good care is. The greatest weight is placed on personal suitability.

Salary, compensation, and benefits:

Individual salary setting. Fremia collective agreement for personal assistants.

On-the-job training and education as needed.
