About the Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who is positive, innovative, and has the ability to see the user's development and potential. Great importance is placed on your experience with this target group and your knowledge of clear pedagogy and low-arousal responses. We work to ensure that our users have the opportunity to be as independent as possible and live the life they desire. Therefore, it is required that you have leadership skills, are curious, and have the ability to listen to our users.

One of the positions is located at unIkT, which is one of our relocated operations with a focus on IT and technology. Therefore, we would like you to have experience and interest in IT and digital aids.

Your tasks will also include establishing and designing implementation plans, documenting, and contributing to maintaining good quality in the operations.

It is important that you have flexibility and a solution focus as the work may involve covering different groups as needed.

As a support assistant within daily activities, you will work Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:00.

Qualifications

• Approved grades from the nursing and care program, child and leisure program, social sciences/behavior, or other post-secondary education that the employer deems equivalent.
• Experience working with IT and digital tools.
• Experience working within LSS, preferably in a similar operation.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.
• Driver's license is a requirement.

About the Recruitment Process
