We are looking for a part-time substitute for our female client who lives in Hjärnarp, about 30 minutes from Helsingborg, Ängelholm, and Örkeljunga. The client lives in a house with her husband, is wheelchair-bound, communicates independently, and has diabetes. She has a great interest in growing flowers and vegetables, enjoys having various projects at home, and likes to be active both indoors and outdoors. Exercise is important to her, and she appreciates support and motivation for home training.

About the position

As a personal assistant, you will support the client in her daily life and contribute to her living as independently and actively as possible. The work involves support in daily activities, hygiene tasks with double staffing for about 15 hours per week, accompanying her to planned medical visits and activities, as well as helping and engaging in various projects at home and in the garden. The client has an adapted car that you are welcome to drive when you go out together.

Working hours

We are looking for a substitute who can work fixed hours during April but with a continuation as needed. The position requires flexibility as the hours may vary, for example, during planned medical visits or other activities. There may also be opportunities for substitutes during the summer.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a woman who is secure, attentive, and flexible. You have a B driver's license and a good understanding of Swedish in both speech and writing. It is an advantage if you have experience working as a personal assistant, experience with a patient lift, knowledge of sewing with a sewing machine, good computer skills, an interest in exercise, and the ability to motivate others, as well as being up-to-date with what is happening in Sweden and the world.

The position means that you will become an important part of the client's daily life and contribute to her continuing to develop her interests and live an active life.
