You will lead group supervision in an LSS operation that works with children and young people with disabilities. The assignment involves creating a secure structure for reflection, learning, and development in a work group that encounters complex situations in everyday life.

The environment is characterized by high demands for collaboration, structure, and a shared approach. Through your supervision, you help the group develop a common understanding and strengthen their ability to handle challenging and outwardly aggressive behaviors in a way that benefits both the children and the work environment.

• Lead group supervision for employees in an LSS operation.
• Create a safe forum where you enable reflection, learning, and development.
• Support the work group in handling complex situations related to children and young people with disabilities.
• Lead reflective conversations that strengthen common understanding, collaboration, and a shared approach.
• Contribute tools, perspectives, and structure in group processes, especially in groups with high stress or previous strains.

• Relevant higher education in social work, psychology, pedagogy, or equivalent.
• Formal training in supervision.
• Documented experience of supervision within LSS operations.
• Competence in group development, group processes, and work groups that have been under high stress.
• Experience leading reflective conversations.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

• Certification as a supervisor.
• Ability to create security, structure, and professionalism in conversations and group processes.
• Practical experience working with challenging and outwardly aggressive behaviors.
• Knowledge of low-arousal approaches or similar methods.

• Pension plan (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB and 30% on salary above that)
• Wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK per year
