Do you want to help create a meaningful, fun, and active summer for children and youth in our municipality? We are now looking for an engaged and structured coordinator for our summer activities!

About the Role

As a coordinator, you will be present at the municipality's summer activities, which are primarily organized by the local associations throughout the municipality. You will be the contact person for the associations and be able to assist with various questions and needs. The work is largely independent, and therefore you are required to take significant responsibility and be willing to make simpler decisions. You will also be the contact person for the summer workers who will be working at the Fritidsbanken pop-up in Havsbadsparken.

A driver's license is required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be present at planned summer activities
• Handle arising questions or needs on-site at the activities
• Contact person for associations, leaders, and partners
• Ensure that the activities are inclusive and safe
• Follow up and evaluate completed efforts

QUALIFICATIONS

• Good organizational skills and experience working independently
• A strong commitment to working with children and youth
• Experience from associations, leadership, summer jobs, or volunteer work is an advantage
• Good ability to take responsibility and plan simpler activities
• Comfortable communicating with both children, youth, and adults
• Solution-oriented and flexible
