Engaged and Responsible Female Assistant Wanted

We are looking for an engaged and responsible female assistant to support an active and nature-loving woman in central Ängelholm. Our client is a passionate individual who, despite her blindness and hearing impairment, lives an active life and values independence and freedom. The client enjoys being outdoors regardless of the weather, and everything related to nature is of great interest.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the client with daily activities and outdoor activities according to her interests and wishes.
• Facilitate communication and understanding between the client and the outside world.
• Plan and prepare activities and be flexible to meet the client’s needs and wishes.
• Create a positive and supportive atmosphere with humor and joy.
• Support the client in maintaining a healthy and well-cared-for lifestyle.
• Contribute to a healthy and nutritious diet in accordance with the client’s vegetarian preferences.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in personal assistance is an advantage but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have the right chemistry and attitude.
• Understanding and patience with individuals with visual and hearing impairments.
• Ability to plan and organize activities according to the client’s wishes.
• A positive and supportive attitude with the ability to create a pleasant and cheerful atmosphere.
• A passion for nature and outdoor activities.

WORKING CONDITIONS

The position involves flexible working hours in agreement with the client. The client lives centrally in Ängelholm, and we are looking for assistants who can adapt to her needs and wishes.
