We are now looking for personal assistants for our client in Tomelilla, we are seeking various positions:

• 80% position, evenings and weekends.
• Every other weekend position, 08:00-15:00 or 15:00-23:00.
• Substitute assistants who can work during the absence of regular assistants, also during the summer.

Working hours are largely in the evenings on weekdays from 14:00 - 23:00 and on weekends from 08:00 - 15:00 or 15:00-23:00. The client lives in Tomelilla but spends parts of his summer in Nybrostrand, at the campsite. We are looking for both women and men of various ages, please specify which position you are applying for.

Our client is a young man who is in his final term at a special needs high school, living with his parents in Tomelilla. Our client has a diagnosis within the autism spectrum and an intellectual disability. He has a great need for supervision and requires support and assistance with most aspects of his daily life. He is an active guy who enjoys going for walks and other activities outside the home. During the summer months, he spends his leisure time at a campsite outside Ystad, where you will work when the client is present. Therefore, it is important that you have a driver's license and access to your own car to transport yourself to work. Medical tasks such as administering insulin are included.

Our client has a dog, so you cannot be allergic or afraid of dogs. The client may experience epileptic seizures, and having experience with this is a plus. We want you to be adaptable; sometimes you need to take a step back and wait. But often, you need to be proactive in motivating various activities. You need to retain a childlike spirit and be able to be positive and cheerful; sharing yourself can be the key to resolving difficult situations that arise at work. You need to be able to speak and write Swedish fluently. You need a driver's license to reach Nybrostrand during the summer.
