Job Responsibilities
We are now looking for two team leaders, where you, together with the current team leader, will have the main responsibility for guiding, planning, following up, and supporting your work group’s daily work with our youth. As a team leader, you are expected to take on the sometimes complex task of leading without being a boss and have a holistic perspective on the assignment.
In the role of team leader, overall collaboration with our clients and other key actors in the work is important. The role also includes a primary responsibility for establishing routines and internal control of documentation as well as focusing on method development. You may have your own cases and step in to support the group as a resource for the work group.
The work is scheduled Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with the possibility of flexible hours.
The work group and our working method are characterized by a clear youth focus (“boundaries and hugs and stand firm, stay put”) where curiosity and innovation are important in combination with humility and respect for our mission. At Klivet, we are all important based on our different roles. In your role as a team leader, therapist, or manager, you are expected to contribute yourself and your knowledge to our team on a daily basis!
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is a qualified social worker or has a university degree of at least 180 credits in social work, social pedagogy, or another degree that the employer assesses as equivalent. We want you to have experience in social work with the target group of children and youth, as well as experience in documentation. Since the work involves a lot of good communication, documentation, and conversations, we want you to master the Swedish language very well in both speech and writing. A driving license (B) is a requirement.
As a person, you enjoy working with and for people, creating networks and good relationships. You have the ability to plan and organize your work but also possess a flexibility that makes it easy for you to adapt to different situations and changing circumstances. We also see that you are proactive, persistent, and used to driving your work independently and together with your colleagues. You are confident in your work role and have the ability to maintain focus and act even in difficult situations.
We also think it is important that you enjoy collaborating closely with your colleagues and that you are open to sharing your knowledge while also learning from others. You listen, show interest and understanding for other people, and are open and work to create a good climate. You reflect on your own actions and can both give and receive feedback. You have a professional attitude and a good reception is A and O.

Experience in a coordinating role, guiding and mentoring employees, and “leading without being a boss” as well as experience in conducting impact evaluations is also meritorious.
About the Workplace
Klivet is an outpatient service focused on mental health. We target youth aged 13-21. By actively working with change processes, tailored interventions, and flexibility, we meet the needs of youth with the aim of promoting good mental health. We can be everything from the spider in the web for various authorities and contacts that youth have in their network, to performing therapeutic interventions. Our purpose is to prevent and avert placements and breakdowns of ongoing placements while also contributing to shortening placement time and stay within institutions.
