The adult psychiatry area (VO) in Kristianstad provides outpatient care in Hässleholm, Kristianstad, Simrishamn, and Ystad. All inpatient care and emergency reception are located in Kristianstad. Approximately 200,000 people live in our catchment area. We have a good collaboration with the municipalities through cooperation meetings and care planning.
At our clinic in Kristianstad, about 80 employees work from various professional backgrounds. Our catchment area includes Kristianstad, Östra Göinge, and Bromölla municipalities where we provide highly specialized outpatient care in interdisciplinary teams. Based on our different competencies and experiences, our mission within specialist psychiatry is to offer our residents assessment, investigation, diagnostics, care, and treatment based on existing evidence.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are now looking to fill a new position in our organization: Curator with child representative responsibility.
As a curator, your main responsibilities will be to act as the unit's child representative, where you work preventively for children as relatives in your clinical everyday life, conducting mapping child-oriented conversations and various child and family interventions. You will work comprehensively and be the unit's psychosocial specialist regarding issues related to children as relatives for both patients, colleagues, and psychosocial partners. Your tasks will also include coordination and networking, and you will be the clinic's face regarding issues concerning children as relatives.
When you start, you will receive an introduction tailored to your knowledge and experience. The organization has ongoing development and improvement work in various areas, which gives you great opportunities to influence both your own and the clinic's work. Since this role is new at our clinic, you will be involved in implementing the concept together with the process leader who has many years of experience in working with children as relatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
We welcome applicants with a degree in social work. It is highly meritorious if you are a licensed health and medical care curator authorized to work within Swedish healthcare. If you belong to a licensed professional group, language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are required. For non-licensed professions, good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing is required. Additionally, we see it as meritorious if you have:
- Experience working in psychiatry
- Worked within Social Services, child and family, as an investigator or family therapist, or have other experience meeting children and parents for support
- Knowledge in the area of social law
- Training and experience in child and family-oriented conversations
- Knowledge and experience of existing IT systems such as Melior, Mina planer, and Våps.

You are proactive and have good organizational skills. You also have a good ability to establish plans together with patients and colleagues and a willingness to actively participate in the organization's development work.
