As a customer manager with us, you will become an important part of our team and play a central role in ensuring safe and professional personal assistance.

Job Responsibilities

In the role of customer manager, you are responsible for the overall management of our customer assignments. Your tasks include:

Administrative responsibility for customer assignments

Recruitment of personal assistants

Staffing, scheduling, and planning

Conducting staff meetings and employee conversations

Contact with customers, relatives, and assistants

Traveling for work to meet existing customers and present Strandbergs Assistance to potential new customers.

The position is a full-time employment, and you will be based in our office in Malmö, but you are expected to travel for work regularly. Travel may occur throughout the country.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, the following is required:

Fluent Arabic and Swedish in speech and writing. Other languages are a plus

Experience in administrative work within personal assistance

Driver's license B & access to your own car

Good computer skills

Good communication skills

Social competence

Ability to work independently and take initiative
