I am a 29-year-old guy living in my own apartment in Ängelholm, leading an active and stable life. My days are filled with creative activities, daily chores, and recovery. I am looking for someone who wants to work as my personal assistant.

I need you to understand and interpret my surroundings, support me in my routines, and assist me with practical tasks. It is important to me that you are curious about me, want to understand what I experience, and want to convey that. In my daily life, I have, together with my assistants, created routines over many years that help me feel good.

I enjoy creative activities and always have various craft projects going on; I also like to take a bike ride on my tandem bicycle. You need to support me in developing my ideas and help me carry them out.

I also like to help with cooking and baking, and you are important in creating the conditions for me to carry out my tasks. I am good at my tasks and can do them independently; you need to guide me, for example, in what order we should do things.

On rare occasions, I participate in activities that are organized, and then you need to support me in meetings with those who do not know me and make the environment understandable and manageable for me.

I have my own car that my assistants drive, so you need to have a driver's license and be comfortable driving for work. I take a round with my car every evening. On weekends, I like to go on excursions with my assistants; I often have my own suggestions for where I want to go. I need you to plan and carry out the excursions so that they are fun, safe, and secure.

I have autism and an intellectual disability. Your personality is more important than your knowledge of autism. You will receive guidance and support on how I want to be treated.

The position is primarily a night job of about 63% plus on-call duty, working every other weekend. Daytime work may occur, as we help cover for each other's absences.

Qualifications:

Driver's license (B)

Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Must not be allergic to furry animals
