Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (The Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments).

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships.

We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible.

It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done.

We are looking for an attentive and empathetic person who can assist a man in his 50s in his daily life and home. Being inventive and creative will make the job easier.

We are a team, but the work is performed independently, so you need to be responsible.

You will receive training before the job starts, so no special qualifications are required for the work.

You will work in the client's home, which is located in the countryside outside Svalöv. We have a smoke-free working environment.

A driver's license and car are not required for the job but would facilitate getting to the workplace. Public transport is available but is about 1.5 km away.

The working hours are:

3-4 day/night shifts (8:30 AM - 8:30 AM) per month or 6-8 day/night shifts (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM / 4:30 PM - 8:30 AM)

If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a valid work permit. Employment can only occur after verification of the work permit, as required by the Aliens Ordinance.
