Personal assistance is a service according to LSS (The Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done.

We are looking for a responsive and empathetic person who can assist a man in his 30s in his daily life and home. Being resourceful will make the job easier. We are a team, but the work is performed independently and therefore requires you to be responsible. You will receive training before the position starts, so no special qualifications are required for the job.

You will work in the client's home in Landskrona.

Working hours are;

Odd weeks:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 11:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Even weeks:

Tuesday, Thursday 11:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Start: May 1

If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a valid work permit. Employment can only occur after verification of the work permit, which is required according to the Aliens Ordinance.
